Al Rifa'a, also written Al Rifah, is a coastal villa district in Sharjah reached from Al Muntazah Street and Al Sharq Street. It shares its sound with Al Raffa in Bur Dubai, so always put Sharjah with the name. Many families here travel for weeks over the summer or school holidays and leave one or two cars parked at the villa. Coming back to a car that clicks and does nothing is the single most common reason we are called to this area.

Our route to Al Rifa’a
About Al Rifa’a
- A coastal villa district in Sharjah, also spelled Al Rifah.
- Al Muntazah Street and Al Sharq Street are the main road references.
- Easily confused with Al Raffa in Bur Dubai; they are different places in different emirates.
Where we find cars in Al Rifa’a
Send the villa gate number and the road you approach it from. If the property faces the beach, give the vehicle entrance on the street side, because a shoreline pin puts the technician on the wrong side of the house. After a trip, check whether the car is locked inside a garage and who has the remote.
Weeks away, and a battery left to drain
A parked car is never completely off. Its alarm, keyless entry receiver and computers draw a small current day and night, and in summer heat the battery also loses charge on its own. Over a long trip those losses can take it flat, and a lead-acid battery that sits discharged for long starts to sulphate, which permanently reduces its capacity. A car that is left for a month is far safer with its battery tested first and someone to run it.
Before you message us
- Before travelling, ask a neighbour or driver to run the car for a proper drive every week or so.
- Leave the spare key with whoever looks after the house, in case the car needs attention.
- Put 'Sharjah' in any address you share so nobody heads to Al Raffa in Dubai.

We average about 18 minutes to Al Rifa’a, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are on a roadside or in a basement car park, send the pin on WhatsApp and the technician comes straight to the car.
Not always. The technician tests it on site. If it accepts and holds a charge, it can stay; if it has sulphated from sitting flat, a new one is fitted at the villa.
No. Al Rifa'a is a coastal villa district in Sharjah; Al Raffa is part of Bur Dubai. We cover both, so tell us the emirate when you book.
