Foday is a smaller Chinese maker from Guangdong that built body-on-frame pickups and SUVs, chiefly the Lion pickup family and the Explorer and Landfort SUVs, aimed at buyers who wanted a simple, rugged vehicle at a modest price. It never had a dealer presence in the UAE that we know of, so the few here are private or parallel imports. Many are second vehicles, kept for weekend trips or farm use, which brings its own battery problem: long periods doing nothing in the heat.

Standing still is what kills these batteries
A battery loses charge on its own while parked, and heat speeds that loss considerably.
