Jetour's X70 and X90 families are popular with large households, which means rear air conditioning running for hours on school and mall runs. Combined with short trips and long waits at pick-up points, that keeps the battery working without a full recharge. Around the second or third summer, a sluggish start after the car has sat in the sun is the usual first warning.
T2 owners heading into the desert
The T2 is styled for adventure, and some owners take it into the sand with extra lighting, fridges and compressors. Accessories wired directly to the battery draw power even when the car is locked. If you have added equipment and the battery keeps going flat, the technician measures the resting drain before fitting a new battery.
