With no official Rivian service here, owners often rely on independent help for routine items. The low-voltage battery specification can vary by build period, so we ask for a photo of the existing unit and its label before setting off. If the fitted battery is a type we cannot match, we will tell you plainly rather than fit something unsuitable.
