Al Barsha 3 is one of the original numbered Barsha communities, known for spacious villas on generous plots, with access towards Sheikh Zayed Road and the neighbouring Barsha districts. Please say Barsha 3 rather than Barsha South; the names get mixed up and the two are in different places. Big plots often mean several cars on one driveway, and in a household like that one of them is almost always sitting unused.
