Jumeirah Village Triangle, or JVT, is a Nakheel community of villas, townhouses and newer apartment buildings, quieter and greener than its bigger neighbour JVC. Many families here leave for weeks in the summer, and the busiest time for us is when they come back. Please make sure your address says JVT and not JVC: the two are separate communities with confusingly similar district numbers, and a mix-up costs time.

Send the district number, the villa or building and a pin at the entrance: the driveway for villas, the tower ramp for apartments. Check the community name on your address before booking, especially if your building's name resembles one in JVC. If you are still travelling, arrange for a neighbour or building staff to hand over the key.
