Where we find cars in Oud Metha

Send the name of the school, clinic, office or residential building and whether the car is in a visitor lot, on the street or in a basement. At schools and clinics, choose a spot away from the drop-off lane so the job does not hold up traffic. If you are close to Al Karama, remember that is Al Karama in Dubai, not Al Karamah in Abu Dhabi, which apps sometimes suggest.

Many cars here spend hours in open car parks at schools or clinics, often in the hottest part of the day. The cabin and the engine bay heat up well above the air temperature, and batteries age fastest when they are hot. Older sedans, common in this part of the city, often still carry batteries that are several summers old. That combination leads to sudden no-starts, usually right after a long appointment.
