Warsan, also written Al Warsan or Al Wursan, is a wide area on Dubai's eastern side that takes in part of International City, including Warsan 4, which is linked with International City Phase 2, along with villas, warehouses and open plots. Cars here are often budget runabouts and working vans, many bought second-hand and parked on open or unpaved ground.
