Al Wasl is an older villa district that has picked up some of Dubai's busiest shopping streets along the way: City Walk sits within it, and Boxpark stretches along one edge. So our calls split two ways. Residents whose car will not start in the driveway, and visitors whose car died in a retail car park after an evening out. For villas, the gate is enough.
