International City is a sprawl of low-rise apartment blocks grouped into country-themed clusters, with most cars parked in open rows between the buildings. Many residents commute by bus or share rides, so a car can sit untouched for days. The cluster name alone is not enough: each one has dozens of near-identical buildings. Send the building's letter-and-number code, the parking row and whether you are in the original clusters or Phase 2.

Give the cluster, the building code and the parking row, plus a pin at the car. If you live in Phase 2, say so or use Warsan 4, so we do not head to the older clusters. If the car is in a busy row where others double-park, let us know; the technician needs to reach the bonnet.
