The tower name is everything here, because entrances, ramps and basement layouts differ from one building to the next. Where we find cars in The Views
Send the tower name, the basement level and the bay, plus any visitor entry instructions. Ramps in some towers have a height limit; if yours does, tell us so the technician can park outside and carry the battery down. If the car has been parked for a long time, check that nothing is blocking the bonnet, such as a bike or storage box.
Weeks parked underground while you travel
A car that sits for weeks in a basement slowly discharges, both naturally and through the alarm, clock and control modules that stay awake. Warm basement air speeds up the drain. After a long trip, many batteries are so low they will not crank at all, and if they stay flat for a while the plates sulphate and the battery may never fully recover, even after a jump.
