Many Mankhool buildings have their lobby on one road and the car park ramp on another, so send the pin for the ramp itself, then the level and bay. If you are staying in a hotel apartment, tell reception a technician is coming and confirm who holds the car keys. Older blocks can have tight turns and low ceilings; the technician will walk in with the battery where the van cannot fit.
