Jumeirah Village Circle, or JVC, is a busy Nakheel community of mid-rise apartment buildings, townhouses and villas arranged in numbered districts around a circular road. It is easy to get lost in, and a pin dropped on the ring road can be several turns from the car. The district number and building name get the technician to the right street.
