Jumeirah 3 is the southernmost of the coastal Jumeirah trio and the most purely residential: long streets of walled villas between Jumeirah Beach Road and Al Wasl Road, many of them family homes with two or three cars. - Al Wasl Road runs along its inland side and Jumeirah Beach Road along the coast.
