Town Square is a large Nshama development along Al Qudra Road, where apartment buildings and townhouse communities are laid out around a central park and walking routes. It draws a lot of first-time buyers and young families, often running an economy car or a small crossover. Plenty of trips never leave the community: the park, the supermarket, the nursery. The busiest mornings for us here are the first weekday after a long break, when cars that sat still for days refuse to start.
