Dubai Knowledge Park, still called Knowledge Village by many, is a campus of training institutes, universities and education businesses in the Al Sufouh corridor. The car parks fill with students, trainees and staff, and a lot of those cars are second-hand, bought for the length of a course. Nobody quite knows how old their batteries are. We come to the campus car park, test first and only replace a battery that has actually failed.

Where we find cars in Knowledge Park
Send the institution name, the building number and the car park you used, visitor or staff. If you are in class, a classmate or staff member can hand over the key; send us their number. Campus car parks can have several entrances, so drop a pin at the car rather than at the main building.
Used cars with unknown battery history
A car bought second-hand comes with a battery of unknown age. It might be nearly new or several summers old, fitted cheaply before sale. Students tend to drive short distances between home and campus and leave the car parked through long teaching days in the heat. A battery near the end of its life will not tolerate that for long. A test gives you a real answer rather than a guess.
