Al Safa, split into Al Safa 1 and Al Safa 2, is a leafy villa district known for Safa Park and the stretch of Dubai Water Canal running through it. Families here drive everything from older SUVs to the latest hybrids, and the hybrids surprise their owners most: the car refuses to switch on even though the big battery is fine. That is the small 12V battery, and replacing it is a normal job we do at the villa gate.

Send the sub-district, the street and the villa gate. If the car is at Safa Park, name the specific car park rather than a spot on the walking paths. A pin on the canal promenade does not show which road the technician can drive to, so give the road where the car actually stopped.
Why a hybrid still needs a 12V battery
A hybrid's high-voltage pack drives the car, but a conventional 12V battery wakes up the computers that allow it to start. Because the engine is not constantly spinning an alternator, that small battery is charged differently and can run down if the car sits for a while, especially in heat. When it goes, the dashboard stays dark and the car will not enter ready mode. We replace the 12V battery only; high-voltage work is for the dealer.
