Creek Harbour is a young waterfront community of apartment towers and hotels set along the water, and most cars here live in covered parking under a building. That makes a pin on the promenade almost useless: the technician needs the road entrance and the ramp for your tower. Damp creek air eats at battery terminals
Being next to open water and the wetlands of Ras Al Khor means humid air for much of the year, and it drifts into semi-open parking levels. Moisture mixed with heat speeds up corrosion on terminals and clamps: the white or green crust you sometimes see on a battery post.
