National Industries Park, which many people still call by its old name Dubai Techno Park, is a large manufacturing and logistics zone in the Jebel Ali corridor, between Jebel Ali Port and the DWC airport area. Most of what we see here is commercial: trucks, refrigerated vans, delivery pickups and the staff cars parked outside plants all day. It is a big, gated place and further out than central Dubai, so the visit depends on the company name, plot number and the right gate being clear before we set off.

Commercial duty in open, dusty yards
Trucks and vans here often idle at docks with lights, beacons and refrigeration running, then sit outside overnight in an open yard.
